• Purchase history and subscription status needed to determine access to paid features such as Marius Pro. We do not receive or store your full payment card number from Apple App Store purchases.
• Business information you provide, such as a business name, website URL, city or neighborhood, ideal customer, growth goal, or other details submitted for an analysis or service request.
• Website form information, which may include a phone number if you choose to provide one through our website.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Create, secure, and manage user accounts.
• Provide app functionality, including scans, saved progress, reports, recommendations, and subscription-gated features.
• Process and verify subscription access and restore purchases.
• Respond to support requests, inquiries, audits, and project requests.
• Maintain, protect, troubleshoot, and improve our services.
• Comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud or misuse.

We do not use your name, email address, user ID, or purchase history to track you across other companies' apps or websites for advertising.

3. Service Providers

We use trusted third-party service providers to operate parts of our services. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services and are subject to their own privacy terms.

Supabase

We use Supabase for authentication, account services, and backend data storage.

Google

If you choose Google sign-in, Google may provide account information such as your name, email address, and an account identifier according to your Google account settings and Google's privacy terms.

RevenueCat and Apple

We use RevenueCat to manage subscription entitlements and purchase status. App Store purchases are processed by Apple. We may receive transaction or entitlement information necessary to unlock paid app features, but we do not receive your complete payment card information.

4. Business Website Analysis

The Marius Studios app may analyze publicly accessible business websites and information you submit to generate scores, findings, recommendations, or competitive insights. Do not submit information that you do not have permission to use. Public website content may be processed solely to provide the requested analysis and related functionality.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the app and website, when you direct us to do so, to protect our rights and users, or when required by law.

6. Data Retention and Security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we control, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements. You can also stop using the service or cancel subscriptions through the platform where you purchased them.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for business users and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in a manner prohibited by applicable law.
