After full payment, you own the custom website work created for your project. Third-party software, fonts, stock assets and platform services remain subject to their licenses. Any pre-existing tools and platform export limitations are identified before purchase.

You own your domain and hosting accounts from day one. We use collaborator access wherever supported. You retain control when our work together ends.

Domain registration, hosting, paid plugins, stock assets and other third-party subscriptions are separate unless expressly included in your written scope. We obtain your written approval before adding a paid service. Free hosting is not guaranteed indefinitely.

Business Website ($899): $449.50 to start and $449.50 after approval, before launch or handoff. Premium Website ($1,499): $749.50 at each milestone. Website + Growth setup ($1,199): $599.50 at each milestone, plus a separate $499/month service. Request a deposit invoice before paying. Other fixed-price projects are paid upfront unless an alternative is agreed in writing.

Each package includes its listed revision rounds. One round means one consolidated feedback list within the agreed scope. Corrections to our errors do not consume a round. New pages, features or changes in direction are quoted separately and require approval.

We confirm your written timeline after receiving the required content, access and initial payment. Delayed materials or approvals may move delivery dates; we communicate a revised schedule rather than silently missing a deadline.

New monthly plans, including Website + Growth, are month-to-month and renew automatically at the agreed monthly price until canceled. The first charge date and renewal terms are confirmed before enrollment. There is no three-month minimum or cancellation penalty.

Email josiah@mariuscreativestudios.com before your next billing date to stop the next renewal. Include your business name and billing email, but no payment-card details. We honor the time your request arrives and confirm cancellation by email. Service continues through the paid period; partial months are not normally prorated, except where required by law or where we fail to deliver the agreed service.

If a project is canceled, we provide an itemized accounting of work completed and approved nonrecoverable expenses, using the milestone values or rates agreed before work begins. We refund the unused balance. A deposit is not automatically forfeited. Statutory rights are not limited by this policy.

Business Website includes 14 days of post-launch support; Premium includes 30 days. During that period, defects in our delivered work are corrected without an extra charge. New features, third-party failures and client-made changes are separate work. Handoff includes the agreed files, access and a basic walkthrough after full payment.

You receive a payment receipt, then complete the client onboarding brief. We confirm the scope, materials, schedule and next milestone before production. Paying for a website alone does not enroll you in monthly service.

We commit to the agreed deliverables and professional execution, not guaranteed rankings, leads or revenue. These policies apply to new engagements agreed under them; existing signed agreements are not changed retroactively.
